THE CHALLENGE What Schools Are Up Against

Schools today grapple with growing pressures that threaten their stability. Budget unpredictability from staff absences makes planning difficult, while the rising cost of substitutes strains resources. Retaining talented educators is harder than ever, with staff wellbeing often taking a backseat. These challenges disrupt classrooms, stretch administrators thin, and ultimately impact student success.
